When the videos don’t work for me its because I didn’t actively listen enough – are you making sure to visualize everything that he’s describing?

Making sure you do the visualizations takes alot of concentration – sometimes when I don’t concentrate hard enough I don’t fall asleep either – but that’s what it takes, ironically.

hey just a quick suggestion, if your making more videos you should use some sort of visual to help the viewer consentrate, cause like my mind is wondering to much and i find even stupid things like the swirly watevers to help………anyways ya i like your vids alot your voice is very relaxing and ya they help so much thank you, big fan and….. please make more : )…..ya : )
